Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

a) 300 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH)

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, angle , MS plate, Placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing as per drawing both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc. Including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dry wall Supply & fixing 12mm thick prelaminated board (one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination) dry wall double skin Partitions overall thickness 75mm thick upto false ceiling over MS tubular frame section 50mm x 50mmx1.60mm thick including 50mm thick fiber glass wool insulation board (600x1200) wrapped in 200 G virgin polythene bags fixed to wall/frame/ board with screw, rawl plug, insulation holders & washers having density 24 kg/ m3 confirming to IS: 8183 , 12mm thick toughened clear glass, aluminium channel, backer rod, silicon etc complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer in charge. For payment purpose one side area shall be measured .(only MS Frame, Aluminium section, glass shall be separately paid under relevant item)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture spintone/cosmos / Hexa or equivalent of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture (Spintone / Cosmos/hexa) in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, noncombustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK.

Providing & fixing designer wall paper over brick or block work masonary/laminated board partition paneling including the cost of preparation of surface,adhesive, nails etc.. The pattern shall be as decided by Engineer-in-charge. (Net basic price (excluding GST) shall not be less than Rs. 70 per sqft)

Providing and fixing of Frameless Single Leaf Swing Glass door without over panel using 12 mm thick toughened glass of Saint Gobain/Asahi/Modiguard on OZOZNE/DORMA or equivalent make die cast patch fitting with stainless steel cover including fixing of patch fittings, floor springs, locks, handles etc. using the hardware items which includes one no each of Patch , Bottom Patch OPF-3/PT 10, Top Patch OPF-2/PT 20, Corner Lock OPL-1/US 10 with Euro profile cylinder, Strike Plate, Floor Spring FS-8400/BTS 75 , pair of OZONE/DORMA or equivalent make SS Pull Handle 25. mm dia OGH-55 SSS /TGD 135025 S (25 X 350 mm), with pivot OFS-ACC-GDP/ PT 24 and other accessories for self closing feature complete in all respects as per detailed drawings, manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. (All the handling, transportation and insurance charges if required will be borne by the agency.) (ONLY THE OPENING AREA SHALL BE MEASURED FOR PAYMENT PURPOSE)

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, minimum 1800mm length and minimum 100 mm wide, in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood in wall skirting with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1900mm length (minimum) and 85mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs, over underlayment of 4mm thick, expanded polyethylene foam sheets having 40kg/cum density over prepared surface. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood wall cladding at all height with planks of sizes 10mm thick, minimum 1800mm length and minimum 100 mm wide, in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), with necesasary profiled edges fixed with 40mm SS screws 5 nos in each tile to frame work made of second class teak wood of size 20x15 mm in centre of each tile and bottom and top of work height, 40x15mm placed at ends of each tile. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 mm thick expanded polyethylene foam of density 40kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under cladding. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron).

Providing & fixing of 3 mm Honeycomb sheet made up of aluminium XLPE sheet and Insureflector sheet over the existing partition at all heights with SR adhesive etc. complete as required as per direction and satisfaction Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick commercial plywood plain lining with necessary screws on any surface etc completed as per direction & satisfaction of E.I.C.

Providing & fixing of 2 mm thick vinyl (EVA/EPDM)/ High density polymer sheet at all heights, non flammable, Odurless Mass loaded, zero senstivity to static discharge, weight not less than 3.5kg/sqm for sound insulation in partition glued with adhesive or mechanically fastened to frame etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in wall lining Heavy duty water resistance (HDWR) board at all heights, one side pre-laminated and other side perforation of size 9 mm dia. and 13 mm deep @ 30 mm c/c and top grooves of size 3 mm width and 5mm deep @ 30 mm c/c , tongue groove edge for a seamless look etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 17 mm thick.

Providing and fixing toughened glass of required thickness in existing aluminium door/windows/partitions with necesssary neoprene gasket etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 12 mm thick toughened glass

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in Buildup sections including bolts, nut, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees, flats, rectangular and square hollow tubes

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (Glazed) including Frame and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing suspended eco friendly light weight false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595mmX595mm. The Rate includes the cost of cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required etc. as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15 mm Thick Calcium Silicate tiles

Providing and fixing suspended 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) with 25mm long dry wall screws and two coats of primer suitable for board. The Rate includes the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, electrical fixtures access panels etc. wherever required as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (The rate includes fixing of Gypsum board on the existing frame with necessary screw and two coats of primer suitable for board only.)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Deduct for taking away of steel work in frames, shutters, trusses, channels, beams, Tee, angles, bolts, washers etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Note: The Steel will be supplied by the Department. The bidder has to quote for the rate other than steel)
