REPAIRS TO ROAD PATH CULVERT HARD STANDING ALONG WITH ROAD FURNITURE AND SIGN BOARD AT CGDHQ -10 CAMPBELL BAY

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal ) but making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 of any penetration at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm average consolidated thickness Bituminous premix carpet, with 0.41 Cum of granite stone chippings, mixed with 21.9 Kg. of paving bitumen binder of VG 30 spread , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg. of paving bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of water based Painting as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow as specified and directed.

M & L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fixing of chequered cement concrete floor tiles (25cmx25cm) of 20 - 25 mm thick laid and including grey cement and pigmented , laid in cement slurry and pointed with grey cement with pigment to match the shade, over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed
