Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Single rubber stopper

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (GODREJ/ HARDWYN MAKE OR EQUIVALENT ) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Upto 16m height. (No separate payment shall be made for scaffolding).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of Royale Luxury emulsion paint of Asian Paints/ Silk Luxury emulsion of Berger or equivalent product of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. Upto 16m height. (No separate payment shall be made for scaffolding).

Taking out old and damaged PVC flooring from its fixed position and making the surface suitable for relaying including disposal of rubbishes as per direction.

Taking out old aluminium / flush door shutter for reducing shutter length for fixing vitrified tiles at floor and refixing the same with necessary screw & fittings all completed as per the instruction of engineer- in-charge.

Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based water proof wall putty of approved make and brand (1.5mm thick).
