Providing and Fixing Fencing Posts and Caution Boards within the VOC Port Boundary

Cleaning the Juliflora jungle, debris and bushes including up rooting juliflora trees, rank vegetation, grass, wood saplings and trees not exceeding 30m girth etc., and removing not exceeding 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared and filling and levelling the pits formed where the trees are up rooted etc., including all labour, tools, etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of Coarse sand & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including shoring, shuttering, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and fixing in position Pre-cast Fencing post with Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal) of size 2.45m x 0.15m x 0.10m at 3m c/c spacing wherever required in the Port area including cost of all materials, labour, shuttering, reinforcement steel, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing with neat cement punning, curing, conveyance & fixing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion of approved brand over and including one coat of alkalinresistance primer of approved brand over NEW wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Writing letters or figure on any surface with enamel painting (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for seperately) of approved colour and quality for 10 CM height letters including cost of enamel paint, labours, scaffolding charges and cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and fixing of 1.20m x 0.90m size of 2mm thick MS steel sheet Caution board with in MS angle frame of 35mm x 35mm x 5mm and MS angle legs 75mm x 75mm x 8mm to a height of 3.0m including cost of all materials and one coat primer (Red oxide) and two coat synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide primer and writing letters and figures all given by department etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
