Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable, foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, levelling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty UG cable with stranded alluminium conductors 25 sqmm x 4 core,1100 Volts grade, laid in trenches including taking down/out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 06 here-in before but cable of size16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe, 80 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/cable etc with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel tubular swaged pole, 9 m hight, conforming to IS-2317/1980 type 410-SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surface of poles and two coats of black bituminious paint on embeded portion, numbering of poles complete, including taking down/out damaged steel tubular pole/pre-stressed concrete pole with porcelain insulator and demolition of cement concrete foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: PCC and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F 4 way vertical type TPN DB in double door suitable for four pole MCCB 63 A as incomer including making good the damaged surface/wall including re-connection with existing earth wire to DB complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: MCCB shall be measured and paid seperatly).

S & F Hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of inside dimension 300 mm x 150 mm x 170 mm to be fixed to pole with provision of 2 number aluminium bus bar of size 25x5mm with mild steel work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, High Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE), Class 2, 15 / 20 mm bore / dia fixed to electric pole with and including 20mm x 3mm GI clamps at every 1 mtr spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of fixing clamps shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Material and labour for sub-main wiring with FRLS two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductors of size 1.5 Sq mm and one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor as continuity earth wire, drawn through and including HDPE pipe of adequate size with fittings and accessories as required at site all and taking down old sub main wiring with conduit as specified and as directed. (Note: (i)Three run of 1.5sqmm copper conductor shall measured as one unit i.e RM (ii) HDPE Pipe shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F in repair, LED Street light luminaries with panel including LED Lamp of 25 Watt, including GI bracket of Medium grade pipe, bent to shape, 32 mm bore,1.2 m long fixed with clamps 25x4 mm MS flat of suitable size, nut, bolts and washers including preparation new surfaces of iron and steel and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for earthing with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia of by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 21 above but using copper plate 60cmx60cm x3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair, power contactor 60/63 Amps, 3 pole MNX type for street light timer switch making connections with existing serviceable DB complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Legrand Model No.412350/ equivalent model in Havells/ Indoasian/ L&T / C&S / HPL).

S & F in repair connect, testing and commissioning surface mounted modular type multifunctional digital type timer switch for street light for 24 hrs operation including connection with existing serviceable DB and programming complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F compact type wall mounted Street light timer panel with powder coated mild steel enclosure for 415 Volt to be fixed on pole/Wall with provision of bus bar, Power Contractor 65 Amp, MCB 63 Amp TPN, Digital Timer switch complete fixed with mild steel clamp of suitable size, nut & bolt and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40mm graded stone aggregated for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work and demolition of old unserviceable concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED post top lantern with post top made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection including 35/40 Watt LED lamp with all accessories and fixing in existing post including taking out old unserviceable/broken light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Servicing of Winch arrangement, steel wire ropes for High mast lighting system of 10/ 12.5/ 16 mtr by lowering the lantern carraige and checking unserviceable Flood light fittings & strength of steel wire ropes between winch and lantern carriage after disconnecting all electrical connections of High Mast from the Panel Board & repair /replacement of defective spares and servicing of all parts which ever is necessary & reassembling the lighting sytem after repairing work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items as supply only. The labour element involved for replacing spares is deemed to included in the unit rate quoted).

Supply only LED Flood light fittings with panel including LED Lamp of 200 Watt complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintanance, servicing of DG set of capacity 250 KVA after necessary Inspection, including Engine/Alternator/Control panel of DG set for routine check up for smooth functioning, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engg - In - Charge. The following work as listed to be done during maintanance, servicing DG set :- A.(a) Checking of lubricating oil condition (b) Checking engine for oil, diesel, water leakage and correcting the same (c) Checking of all the nut bolts of engine and alternator (d) Checking of all belts and adjust the tension properly (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Checking and readjusting the valve clearance (g) Change of Oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (h) Checking of starter motor battery and charger (i) Checking of cooling system and fuel system (j) To check all power cables and AVR connections and mounting bolt tightness of alternator (k) To check the function of AVR genaral checks (l) To check control panel meters and gadgets functioning (m) To check all control and safety wiring. B.(a) Checking of flexible coupling of engine and alternator (b) Cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (c) Checking of injectors and fuel pump (d) Checking of alternator and carbon brushes Note : (i) Spares required shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Inspection/checking report shall be submitted as per manufacture's recommendations (iii) Make of spares recommended by Authorised dealer.
