Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 75mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, 75 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof, sub base of flooring,surface finished rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 06 above here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified.including Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white lime wash (white washing) on walls including corneces, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even including WPC,preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk white primer on walls complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)
