M&L for 10 mm thick vitrified coloured ceramic tiles (light shade premium quality) (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles coloured designer pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) (premium quality) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed joint free ceramic tiles coloured designer pattern of size 600x300x7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces (premium quality) such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over with and including exc 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and triangular filleting in CM 1:6 on top of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab/tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar/in floor, skirting, hard standing, apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type and shade) work table rubbed and pre polished as used in cooking/working platforms, staircase incl riser & tread, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, partition and similar work in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of Granite with including 15mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including triangular filleting in CM 1:6 on top of tiles and ensure best adhesion to surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 25-30mm thick for vertical and horizontal supports to platforms for Granite and marble works to any purpose and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing of the exposed face complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including mirror polishing on new surface of Kota stone to give high gloss finish complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
