Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Tenderer should produce Work done certificate for satisfactorily completing the works as per Section 3 for any similar civil work or construction of Railway Barricade Fencing issued by not below the Rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests, of Karnataka Forest Department. Otherwise Tender will be rejected.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than the equivalent of the estimated cost (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

Ownership certificate for having suitable goods vehicles to carry the consignment safely and securely or contract agreement with such agency with possesses such vehicles.

Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work i. Concrete mixers: minimum of three (3) numbers (for mixing concrete & mortar-manual mixing not allowed) or contract agreement valid for at least 12 months from the date of tender with any agency which possess minimum of three (3) Numbers concrete mixers .

Tenderer should produce PWD Class-1 Contractor certificate. Otherwise tender will be rejected

GST registration certificate should be produced. (GST applicable for all works in the tender).

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : (a) Availability by Owning at least 50% of the required following key and critical equipments for this work (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire for all works provided, the relevant document (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished:

Section 3 (Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personal)of tender document is part of technical qualified conditions.

Tenderer should produce revenue /Bank solvency Certificate as mentioned in schedule.

Audit balance sheet for last Five financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed. Tenderer in its name should have achieved at least twice the amount of estimate in at least two Years.

Tenderer should produce Forest Contract Registration Certificate in Karnataka Forest Department in any Division. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
