Repair to potholes and depth,not exc1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud ,or water,scoring sunken surface in roads ,paths etc.cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth,making good filling in screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but makning good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm , putting in peremixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm ,blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings , 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosity grade bitumen VG -10 at @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm over surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparaing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-10) laid with mechenical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and rolled to uniform smooth surface using roller exc 8 ton and n exc 12 ton, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes ,arrows etc and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing premix bituminious macadam using HMP laid rolled and compacted to reuired gradient and camber using binder with paving bitumen VG 10 minimum 4% by weight of total mix all as as specifioed (consolidated thickness 75mm or loss) Note -(i) work shall be executed as per design mix Govt Approved Lab (Nabl)/ Govt Engg College as approved by GE (ii) The binder content specified is minimum Any Variation i binder content durting Mix at site on plus sied shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in Repair SOLAR cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 650) of size 125mm x 125mmx 25mm (shank 65mm) of high afficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v/0.3 watt one NI- ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bringht LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting lines dashes arrows letter etc on roads pavements and kerb stones and similar articles as required at site with road marking paint exc 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
