INTER-CONNECTING OF 33 KV TRANSFER BUS (OLD) TO 33 KV TRANSFER BUS (NEW) THROUGH 33 KV XLPE CABLE

Supply of G.I pipe “B” class of size 6”(150mm) dia

Laying of D/C 33 KV XLPE power cable of size 3Cx300 Sq mm, below 1000mm from the ground level including excavation of trench and laying cable and putting 1st class bricks on its 75mm edge along with cable on both side. Filling the same with Ganga Sand and then putting bricks on 380mm/patiya to cover the trench and then filling with earth including cost of bricks, sand, miscellaneous and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Erection of 01 no. ABL structure along with 01 no. 33 KV isolator including it’s tightening and adjustment for smooth & proper operation along with shifting of material from stacking place.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3CX300 sq. mm on pole/structure through G.I. pipe of size 6”(150mm) dia, 3 meter long including it’s jumpering with the help of suitable size of aluminum lugs.

Termination and jointing of above power cable by 3CX300sq. mm cable jointing kit O/D type and all other associated works satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Fabrication fixing and fitting of cable structure in shape of H- pole, 3 meter long including it’s grouting with RCC of size 150*150*150mm in ratio 1:4:8 including all men & material except structure/angle.

Jumpering of 33KV insulator with 33 KV transfer bus with twin panther ACSR conductor along with earthing of ABL structure with MS flat of size 50*6mm diagonally connected with earth mat as per standard practice including cost of MS flat.
