Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, reinforcement cut as required to facilitate, of any description as in parapet, roof wall, slab, chajjas, shelves and similar work in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, etc even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, 38mm wide complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, straight edge, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles, coloured in vertical surface 350mm x 450mm x 7mm, first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish complete all as specified & directed .

Material and Labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing all debrish from defence land complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on brick wall or on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra including cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. NOTE : water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately

Material and labour, 10mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, as in ceiling, chajjas, facias, at any position, including taking down old cement plaster & providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour :- (i) Removing loose and broken concrete by chieseling/ mechanically etc up to a depth of 40mm from soffit of slab,column,beam, chajja and similar structural members, cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust /dirt/other foreign article etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Applying IPH RB-107 polymer based rust -remover(pH value-12) and applying IPH RB-167 Polymer based rust preventive (pH value-9) to all exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) Applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thickness in CM 1:3 on guinted surface duly mixing polymer modified 'Nitoband AR' of make : M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd@ 10 Ltr per bag of cement or equivalent in Harjas Coatings & polymers @ 5% by wt of cement or equivalent make in Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries complete finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note for serial item no 1 : Contractor shall produce purchase voucher for all the chemicals, distempers, paints, lime and cement which shall be verified and defaced by Engineer-in-Charge & duly entered in MB. Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-70)GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick in any colour and patteren as approved by the GE of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, including dismantling of old paver block and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 1.5 Km of any description complete all as specified and directed
