Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick, rendering in cement mortar CM 1:3 to work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as brick/concrete faces of chajjas,facia,window jambs,sunshade and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on new plastered internal/External surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits in two coat of thickness 1.0 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE /Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces /ceiling /chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer on existing yellow coloured surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceilings surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of existing surfaces and applying 01 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces on walls/ceilings and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 20 sq.m/litre/1 coat by using roller to wall/ceiling surfaces including filling wall putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth and applying a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying two coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. M&L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures with fluorecent paint ( Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description/section/trusses/purlins, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on existing yellow/cream painted surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on existing white painted surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick sorrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sheet glass 3.0 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or glazing pins / spring clip in square, rectangle not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
