Lifting of defective submersible pump set any make & model of capacity 25 HP to 45 HP from deep well 350mm housing along with connected accessories such as column pipe of 150mm dia , submersible cable, steel pipe, spider, sleeve, line shaft, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. [Note:- All type of T & P, chain pulley & tripod etc required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate ]

Transportation including loading & unloading of defective submersible pump set 3 phase any make and capacity 25 to 45 HP from pump house to work shop for necessary repair and transporting back to the pump house including carefully loading & unloading of pump set after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling of defective submersible pump set any make & model of capacity 25 HP to 45 HP, repairing the same including replacing old U/S parts and re-assembling and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.[Note: (i) All the spares required for repair will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) Greasing of moving parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Supply only CI/ MS bowl (As per existing size) for submersible pump capacity 25 HP to 45 HP any make & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of submersible motor capacity 25 HP to 45 HP any make & model with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including removal of existing burnt winding, cleaning of slots including packing material, connection and testing complete.

M&L for painting to pump set with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey colour) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Lowering, connecting, commissioning testing of repaired submersible set any make and capacity 25 HP to 45 HP 3 phase 415V into bore well 300/200mm with connected items such as column pipe approx 40 RM, properly connecting submersible cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. [Note:- All type of T & P, chain pulley & tripod etc required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Repair and maintenance of defective Monoblock motor pump any make & model of capacity 20 HP including required repairing like motor rewinding, replacement of minor spares like Motor bearing, Gland packing, Fan motor blade, Packing paper, Water seal, Starting Coil, Motor housing, S.S . sleeve repairing on Lathe ,Impeller Brass, Gun Metal Bush, Rubber Coupling belt, Rubber bush, Rubber gasket, nut bolt & any other minor connected items and testing after repairing including painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. [Note: All type of T&P including dismantling and fixing required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]

Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burn/unsv suitable size of aluminium bus bar, Welding work for hinches and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping outdoor/indoor side of LT Panel and one coat of redoxide, two coat of synthetic enamelled seimens gray spray of outdoor/Indoor side and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt washer etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair , ISI Marked, of approved quality, cast iron butterfly valve of size 250mm bore , class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-13095, both ends flanged with iron wheel head and brass metal spindle , including nuts and bolts, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs, sluice valve 150 mm bore 'ISI marked' both ends flanged and drilled cast iron body class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846/2000 complete with gun metal spindle including necessary nut bolts and gasket etc for fixing and taking out of old valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge of the following sizes :-[Note: For sluice valves fixed with pillars of over head tank, breaking of RCC/lead/ flange joints and repairing the same after fixing of valve deemed to be included in the quoted rates]

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 500MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Collection of water samples of bore wells located in deferent pockets of cantonment area in decontaminated sterilised bottles and testing of water samples for following essential parameters for drinking water as per IS:10500- 2012 from Govt Lab or NABL accredited laboratory: -
