1 st class brick work in 4:1 course sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar insuper structure including supply of all maierial labour an tools and plants etc required for proper completion of work Same as item 303 above but in 3:1 coarse sand and cement mortar

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in consisting of 1:4 cement and approved coarve sand of minimum thickeness not be less than 10mm ncluding supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepars the surface even and amooth complete

Wall paintin (two cosis) with Acrylic emulation paint of First quality approved brand and manufacture on undecorntees wall surface to give even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and prepared smooth

Factory mace EPS Core wall panel roof panel sandwlehed between two Englineered welded wre fabris mesh of J mm dia G.I wire mesh with 50 mm pitch in I

Provding and fixing 50 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 60 minutes fire rating conforming to 15:3614 (Part-i) tested and certified as per laboratory spproved by Englineer in charge with suitable mounting on door frame consisting of vertical styles, lock trall top rall 100 mim wide bottom rall 200 mm wide made out or 16 SWG G. sheet (zine coating not less than 120 gm/m2) duly filled FR insulation material and fixing with neccessary stainlesess steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (panneling to be paid for separately)
