Dismanting asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section (framed work) of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for structural steel works of Fe 410W (Gde E 250) quality A, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate/red oxide primer paint (including preparation of surface) before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Plates (plain or chequered channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long, Diameter of neck 16mm to 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fasts, benching, coping apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of formwork required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling boarding any description including framework fixed in any position with nail complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for frame work for ceiling with specification as under mentioned:-(i)GI section frame work (Powder coated) for white, pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board consisting of perimeter wall angle 19mmX19mmX0.45mm, cross 'Tee' 28.6mm (web)X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick powdered coated main tee 38mm (Web) X24mm flange 0.33mm thick. wall angle shall be screwed/ fixed to brick wall / partition wall / concrete / RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm C/C , then suspending GI main 'Tee' in both directions by means of hangers with alignment @ 1220mm C/C to soffits. To from grid of 610X610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm C/C in both directions and all suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed/surface mounting light fittings if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Designer board shall be measured and paid separately under Ser item No 11.00 here-in-after.

Supply and fixing 4mm thick of size 605X605 mm ,white pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced Designer board for false ceiling Conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336:1993 fixed/laid/ inserted to GI framework at ceiling with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing treatment from roof surfaces such as tiling, tarfelt, fungus,moss,dust etc.,cleaning the surface of all foreign material by wire brushing and dusting and racking out RCC slab complete all as spd and removing the debries outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished to level including mixing integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note- liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid Water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm, providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, having softening point not less than 800 N /Sq cm, tearing strength of 180N, with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15cm end laps, laying by application of torch, and applying industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm on top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting & derooting of tree, shrubs on wall,ceiling,roof, adjecent to pipes, at corner etc upto three story and making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including finsihing the surface to match the existing shade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc including PCC benching/coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats , treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls , horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Material and labour for Steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per serial Item no 22 above but for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in Binders, stirrups, spacer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of cast iron 100mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC SWR pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber joint fixed to wall or laid in trenches or in floor with steel clamps complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed (Note: Plaster work may be in patches upto triple storey)

Material and labour Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto height of four storey building complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed (Including all necessary scaffolding lifiting arrangement for external surfaces).

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of wall (plastered or unplastered ) and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for one coat of oil bound distemper to old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying one coat synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
