Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Dismantling structural steel work including door,gates of any description except framed trusses, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified.

35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock), glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 (b) of SSR Part-I, fitted to chowkat, complete all as specified.

Factory made, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 25 mm thick, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5mm thick teak face colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with 5mm x 30mm PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as shown in drawings given on page 156 of SSR Part-II (2010). S & F in repair steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick of laths gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete all as specified and as directed.
