Phase-I Augmentation and Upgradation in Switchgear of 11 KV HT OCB Panel with 11 KV HT VCB Switchgear Panel for in Workshop area, PLW/Patiala".

1-[The tenderer must througly check the schedule of work (attched in

(ii) Outgoing Feeder :-Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), switchgear panel (to be used as outgoing feeder) rated current- 630 Amps., 3 pole, Draw out type (trolley mounted), horizontal isolation, tripping/closing coil 24 Volts DC supply, complete in all respect comprising of VCB, CTs 100-50/1-1 A, CBCT 50/1 A, CTB, numerical protection Relays (self rest type), Digital ampere meter, 4 window Annuciator, selector switch, T & C Switch, alarm, indications, Multi functional Digital panel meter, KWH meter and other equipments complete with metering & protection circuit systems. and 1 as per technical specifications, site requirements and Bill of materials. (iii) Bus Coupler :- Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), switchgear panel (to be used as Bus Coupler with Riser) rated current- 630 Amps., 3 pole, Draw out type (trolley mounted), horizontal isolation, tripping/closing coil 24 Volts DC supply, complete with Bus riser panel as per site requirements, in all respect comprising of VCB, CTs - 200-100/1-1 A, selector switch, T & C Switch, Annuciator, alarm, indications, 4 window Annuciator, and other equipments complete with metering & protection circuit systems and as per technical specifications, site requirements and Bill of materials. (iv)BUS bar :- Set of Heat shrinkable H.T. sleeve insulated Copper Bus-bar arrangement of size not less than 720 sq. mm for above said switchgear panels, Incomer/Outgoing/Bus-coupler job. This also includes supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of same size Copper Bus-bar arrangement as per technical specifications and site requirements. (v) Wiring and accessories :-Including all control & power wiring, metering, LED indications, CT shorting links, space heaters - 2 no. for each section with thermostats and all standard accessories and hardwares as per technical specifications & site requirements. Bus Riser Panel -02 nos : - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 800 Amps Bus Riser Panel, indoor, floor-mounted, free-standing type, fabricated from CRCA steel, dust and vermin proof (IP-42 minimum), complete with copper bus bar system, wiring, supports, and all accessories, as per specifications, including: • Copper Bus Bars: Electrolytic grade, minimum cross-sectional area 720 sq. mm per phase, fully insulated with heat shrinkable HV sleeves and colour coded. • Adequate size copper earth bus bar. • Current Rating: 800 Amps, 11 KV, 50 Hz • Bus Supports: SMC/DMC insulated supports suitable for fault level • Extendibility: Bus bars extendable on both sides with necessary links and end covers • Enclosure: Powder coated (RAL 7035), gland plates, earthing, interconnections • Standards: IS 8623 / IEC 61439 compliant • Accessories: All hardware, internal connections, earthing, labels, danger plates, etc. • Testing & Commissioning: Complete with routine tests and site commissioning. Note: (A) These bus riser are to be installed for coupling of bus bar of existing already installed 01 no VCB panel with newly installed panels. (B) Item No. (iii): The bus coupler and its associated riser panel are independent of, and in addition to, the 02 Nos. bus riser panels mentioned above.

2-Removal of existing HT OCB panels:-

One by one removal of existing already installed 11 KV HT Switchgear panels by 2 disconnecting all existing HT cables of different sizes (3CX 300 sq. mm etc.) from the said panels and depositing dismantled panels to store (scrap yard) PLW/PTA through transport/vehicle arranged by the contractor

3-Copper Plate Earthing stations:-

Supply, Fixing & installation of Earth pit as per IS:3043 with copper plate, size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm electrode (place at a depth of 3.0 mtrs), 2 nos. copper earth flat of size 50x6 mm 3 shall be bolted with the plate and will be drawn upto ground level One 3 mtrs long G.I pipe, class B, 25 mm dia with funnel at the top shall be placed inside the pit for watering purpose. Alternate layer of salt and charcoal to be spreaded inside the pit. Earth pit shall be completed with necessary civil work like brick chamber, RCC work & finally covered with medium dusty cast iron hinged cover of size 400x400 mm sq. as per technical specifications and site requirements.

4-Copper Earthing Strip

Supply, laying and connection of Copper Earthing strip of size: 38X3/25X5 mm. ( min. cross section 114 sq. mm.) as per technical specifications and site requirements.
