Provn of area drainage and connected works in Piru Vihar under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, laying of pipeline etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out any type of soil all complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- Insurance of workmen & cleaning of site, removal of all hinderance's/ obstractions unforseen item, Electric cable, Gas Pipe line, Water pipe lines, Sewage lines etc permisssion from other department will be responsibility of the contractor (MES will only assist in getting permission etc) restoring and getting the same constructed/Repaired/Replacement complete will be responsibility of the contractor & nothing extra shall be payable.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and sub base of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM 1:4 with sub class 'B' old size, burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping etc and like including plastering on all exposed surface of concerete , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete/stone surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials and all other debris beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying RCC pipe line including repair/make good with filling of earth, boulders, WBM, BM etc. with top surface finished with 30mm thick ready mixed patch filler, complete all as specified and as directed.
