Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of Solar water heating system of 2000 LPD capacity having Flat plate collector - 20 Nos of approx size 2m x 1m and 2000 litre Stainless steel tank SS-304 grade with puff insulation of thickness not less than 30 mm, outer cladding and check valve at inlet & outlet including necessary PCC work, electric and water connection with electrical heating back up (heating element & thermostate), flange, rubber gasket, nut, bolt washers etc complete all as specified and directed . Notes:- (i) Any kind of addition/alteration, if required, to fit new panel in place of existing structure, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be made in this effect. (ii) The cost of MS structure for Hot water tank will be paid separately. (iii) Old MS Structure will be painted by one coat of synthetic paint before installation of flat plate collector.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but 500 Litre per day capacity (05 Nos Flat plate collector and SS Hot water tank of 500 litre capacity).

Taking down of old serviceable solar flat plate collectors of capacity 100 LPD incl all accessories, complete and fixing the same at new position after descaling, brushing and cleaning of collector panel, riser tubes, header tubes and examining of water tightness and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing etc, complete all as specified & directed .

M &L For taking down carefully stainless steel hot water collection tank of capacity 3000-10000 ltr from roof top alongwith connected accesorries/fittings and including disconnecting of electric and water connections and depositing the tank at MES store yard complete all as specified and directed . Note : 1. The rates quoted by contractor includes all nessesery T&P required for disconnecting and shifting tank in intact condition.

Taking down of old serviceable hot water collection tank of capacity 3000-10000 ltr incl all accessories, complete and fixing the same at new position after descaling, brushing and cleaning of coil and examining of water tightness and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing etc, complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rates quoted by contractor includes all nessesery T&P required for disconnecting and shifting tank in intact condition.

Taking up or down GI water pipe including all fitting/insulation, size of 50/40 mm dia pipe from wall/floor/shaft (G+4 floors) complete all as specified and directed .

Refixing only old GI pipe at new/old position including fittings/fixture of size 50/40 mm dia pipe at wall/floor/shaft (G+4 floors)

M&L for GI tubing 15 mm bore,medium grade, ISI marked with and including all fittings complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Cost of making holes, chasing in walls, if any and make good the sufaces with original surface shall be deemed in quoted rate.

M&L Mild steel framed/sheet work for tanks/panel/pump cage supported structure/ ladder and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including welding/cutting of steel including painting of two coats of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of primer paint (incl prepration of surface) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Capital/KVS/Rana

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal gate valves of 25 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to GI pipe and taking down of old gate valve.

All as per item above but for 50mm bore pipe.

All as per item above but for 40mm bore pipe.

All as per item above but for 20mm bore pipe.

S&F 6 sqmm, 4 core size PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per item here-in-before but of 4 sqmm 4 core size.

S&F in Rigid steel conduit, black/brown colour, size 25 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using stone aggregate 20 mm graded, with and including demolishing the existing dameged foundation, including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as directed.

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 415V, Adjustable type, 63 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 16 Sq mm 4 core 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty amoured with multi stranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098-I marked, laid in walls / laid under roads / paths /drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed on bathroom of size 15 mm bore.

Supply and fix Bib taps fancy type cast copper alloy of size 15 mm bore for iron pipe chromimium plated.

S&F in replacement ball brass valve 25 mm bore high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
