Supply of 960 W LED Flood light fittings complete with driver and necessary accessories as required to maintain Average 500 Lux for keeping minimum uniformity on existing high mast. Bidder to submit illumination design with location of the existing high mast as required. Housing material of the flood light should be Matt/Silver Grey powder coated pressure Die-cast aluminium housing, with heat resistant tempered glass/toughened glass cover. System wattage of the luminaire should be within 1000W and system lumen output should not be less than 120 lm/W. The fixture should be available with choice of beam angles of 30° and 60° as required. Fixture should be suitable for a input voltage range of 120 V to 270 V AC with input power supply of 240V AC ± 10 %. Lifetime should be at least 50,000 burning hours. Ingress protection class of IP 66 and impact resistance of IK 08. Bidder to submit LM 79-80 report of the luminaire from NABL / Govt approved test house along with BIS certificate as required. Supply and laying of cable for wiring of luminaire 10core 4.0 Sq. mm copper round flexible. (Make-KEI/Polycab/Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel or equivalent)

Supply and fixing of Aviation Obstruction Light LED (Approved Make)

Miscellaneous Electrical items like MCB, Lugs, Glands, Cable Tie etc. as required. ( as per Technical Specification Part-A)

Dismantling of existing Lantern Carriage, Junction box, Winch, Head Frame, rope, wiring, etc and re-erecting of new Lantern Carriage, junction box, winch, head frame, rope with other allied jobs as per Technical Specification Part-A.

Installation of GI Pipe Earthing with 3 mtr long 65 mm dia GI pipe with 25 X 3 mm GI flats, 2 nos per mast required along with back filling with Salt, Charcoal etc. as required.
