Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) (1980x900x440 mm) Supply & fixing of new 32 mm dia GI pipe med grade ISI marked for long rail 1884 mm long both ends threaded complete all as specified/ directed and as shown on drg by removing of old u/s long rail from charpoy GI Pipe without disturbing the adjoining parts. (For one rail) Make : TATA/JINDAL/ZENITH

Fixing only short rail 804 mm long (material obtained from the above said long rail i.e ser No 1) and threading both ends including removing of existing u/s short rail complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.

Fixing only leg 392 mm long (material obtained from the above said long/ short rail i.e ser No 1 & 2) with suitable threading and providing MS sheet of 3 mm thick 50 mm dia cut to size made to shape and welded to bottom of GI leg and also providing two Nos Mild steel clamp made out of 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron by means of welding in each including removing of existing u/s short rail complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.

S & F GI elbow 32 mm dia 3 way medium gde (ISI marked) for charpoy GI pipe including removing of exisiting u/s GI elbow 32 mm dia 3 way complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg. Make : TATA/JINDAL/ZENITH or Equ make.

S & F GI check Nut 32 mm dia medium grade 6 mm thick (ISI marked) suitable for charpoy GI pipe including removing of exisiting u/s GI check Nut 32 mm dia complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable flat iron S&F 02 Nos Flat Iron 40 x 6 mm to be welded between long rails 660 mm from each short rail. The welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and apply two coat of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire angle Iron all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable 12 mm plywood and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoy and S & F of new 12 mm thick plywood commercial 7 ply BWR exterior grade duly ISI marked (confirming to IS 303) of size 1980 mm x 900 mm and rounded edges on four corners fixing with10 Nos bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick all as specified/ directed and as shown on drg.
