Periodical Maintenance Operation and Repair of electrical installation of 11 KV / 415 V sub station, HT and LT distribution panels, AMF Panels, battery maintenance of sub-station, operation of DG set by attending complaints, electrical installations of ATC cum Technical Block, MT Pool, Fire Staion, complete GLF System, NAVAIDS, Street light/parking lights outside OTB, Apron light and perimeter lighting, etc. i/c Electrical installation of residential colony, street light of residential colony, operations of Pumps and attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by followong minimum man power per day (on all days i/c sunday / Weekly offs & other holidays), tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Special Conditions of Contract. (a) Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 01 No. - General Shift (06 Days in a Week) (b) Wireman - Skilled - 08 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday ) (c) Operator-Semi Skilled-02 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday) (d) Helper - Unskilled - 10 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday) (1. Contractor has to depute the above required staff except Supervisor on all days including weekly offs & holidays. 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs except Supervisor)

Periodical Maintenance, Repair, and Operations of Electrical Installation of 33 KV/415 V & 33 KV/11 KV substation, Water pumps, All HT/LT distribution and feeder panels of new power house, New Terminal Building,City side area, including operation of DG sets by attending complaints/faults/breakdown & ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working conditions of all the systems including operation of STP, up keeping all records as per preventive maintenance schedule etc by followong minimum man power per day (on all days i/c sunday / Weekly offs & other holidays), tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Special Conditions of Contract. Operation and maintenance of fire fighting system & fire hydrant system of NTB comprises of fire pump sets, valves, water pipe line, fire brigade inlets, sprinkler, hose pipes, air vessels and landing valves etc repair, maintenance attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems,as per AAI requirment, maintenance of records/documentation as per scope of work and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract, attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by following minimum man power per day round the clock (on all days i/c sunday / Weekly offs & other holidays), tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Special Conditions of Contract. (a) Operator-Semi Skilled-03 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday) (b) Helper - Unskilled - 03 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday) (Note:- Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs)

Testing of BDV value of the transformer oil as per relavent IS standered installed at khajuraho airport site and submission of its testing report to AAI.

Filteration & Dehydration of transformer oil at site up to a level of relavent IS Dielectric strength for transformers/ stabiliser/OCBs i/c replacement of gasket if required complete as required installed at Khajuraho Airport including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil. (Item is to be executed if the BDV value of transformer oil is found below the stipulated value).

Replacement of silica jel in breather of both transformers installed at Sub-Station as and when required .

Supply and Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil (As per IS and approved make) as and when required.

Rewinding of 1400/ 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan with super enemelled copper winding wire with varnishing and including greasing the bearings etc. complete as required.(Dismantle material belongs to contractor)

Rewinding of 12"/15"/18"size exhaust fan with super enemelled copper winding wire with varnishing and including greasing the bearings etc. complete as required. (Dismantle material belongs to contractor)

Rewinding of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply monoblock pump motors with super enemelled copper winding wire, varnishing i/c greasing of bearings etc. complete as required. (Dismantle material belongs to contractor)

Repairing of following capacity monoblock/ centrifugal pump set including replacement of bearings and other required accessories, dismantling of pump set from existing site & re-installation, testing and commissioning of the same at site by using suitable tools etc complete as required.

Rewinding of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply submersible pump motors with super enemelled copper winding wire, varnishing i/c greasing replacement of bearings/Bush, thrust support plate, repairing/replace of shaft etc. complete as required.

5H.P. to 10 H.P.

Lifting & lowering of submersible pumps upto 10 HP from existing borewell/open well & installation, testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packings, nut bolts etc and making water proof joint in submersible cable complete as required.

Supply and fixing of bearings suitable for 1400/1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, 12"/15"/18" size exhaust fan to replace defetive bearings etc complete as required

Repairing and servicing of 10 KVA DG Set as per manufacturer's/ OEM recomdation and replacement of defective parts etc complete as required. (Make:Aska)

Supply of B check spares & B check for 10 KVA DG Set Make: Aska(Mitsubishi), Engine Model no.-MV/L2E8.5K30D01 as and when required.

Scrubbing, cleaning and there after painting the garden light pole of erected height not less than 3 mtrs. and upto 7 mtrs with 2 or more coat of aluminium silver paint i/c numbering the light pole with white paint on black background of size 4" dia. including , coller with black paint complete as required.

Scrubbing, cleaning and thereafter painting the perimeter light poles of erected height not less than 1.2 mtrs. and upto 4 mtrs with Single Arm bracket and including box and GI Pipe with 2 or more coat of aluminium silver paint i/c numbering the street light pole with white paint on black background of size 4" dia. complete as required.

Scrubbing, cleaning and thereafter painting the approach light (CAT 1 light 105 Nos. fittings) fittings including the base support structure, poles, joints and base of Light fittings, horizontal and vertical support arms with 2 or more coat of Aviation yellow epoxy enamel paint complete as required.

Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates DSR-2018 (Electrical) (Rates shall be quoted in multiples eg. 0.99 or 1.01 for 1% below or 1% above the DSR rates respectively.)
