50 mm thick Modular Monoblock ceiling & wall PUF Panel for Modular O.T:- Providing & fixing ceiling and wall panels made of Modular Monoblock panels having front side of 0.5 mm G.I sheet & backside of 0.5 mm G.I sheet, both side should be factory pre painted to prevent from rusting. Panel should be injected with Poly Urethine Foam (PUF) with a minimun density of 40 Kg/m³ & should be sealed with Aluminium Extrusion etc. complete in all respect as per direction, instruction & approval of the Engineer-in-charge.

Anti-microbial paint for ceiling/wall GI PUF Panel for Modular O.T:- Providing & installation of spray painting 2 coats with a water based aseptic & self sterilizing ceiling coating system of 300 microns with priming after necessary filling of all joints to provide a jointless finish. These product hygiene coating start the biocidal action as soon as the micro organism touches the surface & prevents the growth of mould, bacteria & yeasts for the last 5 years. The rate includes the cost of all materials, fixtures, labour, installation transportation cost etc complete in all respect as per direction, instruction & approval of the Engineer-in-charge.
