Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n. exc 1 sqm refixing in same/other opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, and refixing in same/other opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter either manually or elctric operated complete all as spd & directed.

S&F mild steel 4 levers mortice night latch, size 65 mm aluminium frame door complete all as spd and directed.

S & F Steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle 100mm long made of Z section, and steel peg stay and necessary holdfasts, each shutter to be provided with 02 Nos of MS tower bolts 100 mm complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded and making good to the opening of the window complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No. 08 above, but without glazing bars and stay. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick lath Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint ;erected in position as indicated, complete:but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified.
