Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing serviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for offering credit (credit for all the retrieved items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq.mm, 1100 grade, with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq.mm for earth continuity wire, drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade ISI marked including metal flush boxes of suitable size, modular white cover plate and holding plate for mounting switches/ sockets etc fixed on walls/ roof surface concealed in walls including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for One light / fan / bell point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repairs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan of any sweep with blade and louvers and depositing same in AGE E/M store yard, Supply and fix, exhaust fan 230/240 Volt, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply, 300 mm sweep with louvers complete with metal body powder coated with protective steel bird guard on wall of building with and including provision of 3 core 1.5 Sq.mm flexible cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including writing MES number on exhaust fan motor using synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting, taking down ceiling fan, with blade, inspecting motor assembly, replacing burnt out capacitors, split pins, etc, servicing, cleaning, greasing, removing all deposited materials, checking for smooth functioning, re-assembling the same complete all as specified and directed. Rewinding of ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge after cutting and removing burnt winding, including varnishing of new winding and drying up carefully all as specified and directed.

Note: i) Old unserviceable electric meters shall be deposited to AGE E/M (R&D) West storeyard. ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of connecting, testing and switching-on, on prevailing load for atleat 4 Hours, recording the readings on hourly basis and obtaining the users signature.

Taking down unserviceable geyser of capacity 25/50 liters from site and shifting to civil work shop for its tank welding/soldering or repairing, replacing unserviceable parts if any, complete and refixng at the same locations, including painting with one coat of white paint complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- Parts replaced shall be paid and measured seperately under relevant items as supply only.
