Supply and fix in repairs DI Fittings Upto 150 mm bore for pressure pipe for water Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs

Supply and Fix in repair 300 mm bore sluice valve of cast iron body ISI with flanged ends duly drilled ISI marked as per IS (14846-2000) PN-1 with spindle and check nut including operating wheel etc. and fixed with new bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertion packing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old unserviceable Spindle from 300 mm bore sluice valve and fixing with new spindle as per the existing size and shape of manufactures including replacement of connected check nuts washers, rubber gasket , and gland packing to arrest any leakage and and reassembling complete for smooth functioning of sluice valve all as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Non return valve of size 150mm cast iron body with flanged ends duly drilled ISI marked as per of and fixed with new bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertion packing complete all as specified and directed for the following bores including taking down old unserviceable NRV.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed size 50 mm dia.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed size 25 mm dia.

Material and labour cutting the road hard standing & making good surface with PCC 1:3:6 C-2 Type Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate & removing the to distance n.exe 50mtr all as specified.

Material and labour for stone masonry for walling of random rubble, uncaused, well bonded, built in cement mortar 1:4 for construction of thrust block for the support of water supply pipe line.

Material and labour for Drilling and tapping in CI/DI/GI water mains (in position) for branch connections of internal dia of 25mm bore including provision of Socket and ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrules and fixed complete all as directed

Cutting the existing broken / cracked CI/DI/Asbestus Cement Pipe line of size 300 mm dia, by dewatering the lekage water from site and removing the old CI/DI/Asbestus Cement pipe line and addition / altration to pipe by providing MS pipe, flange of required length by fabricting in position including Spigot and socket to desired sized all as directed. Note : (i) Cost for MS pipe, Collars and flanges as per required size and length will be measured and paid under relavent Items. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid sepeartly

Material and labour for specials fittings suitable for Mechanical collar 100 mm bore Cast iron / ductile iron /Asbestus cement pipe made out of MS Plate of 12 mm Thick complete with mechanical/detachable type arrangement as per site requirement with MS bolts and nuts of suitable size and MS sheet fabricated to required dia of pipe for prepration of collar/flange, on any pipe leak or cracks of pipe for arresting the leakage complete including rubber ring, packing rubber sheet complete .

Supply and lay Unplasticised 20 mm bore PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc any type of pipe including taking down of old pipe.
