Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) consisting of (a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining was upto 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slaps. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1: 4 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm / sq 3mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water far a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurras as 65mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) to vertical and horizontal surface of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the consisting of (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 marked for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with brass cover plate.

Providing and fixing structural glazing on required portion of the building with aluminium section (12 gauze using 5.5mm toughen glass with all necessary fittings) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintaining 50mm joint right from foundation to top and allowing its free moment throughout the life span of structure "Providing/Supply of Dura Board HD 100, 50mm, Premounded Compressible filler Board in Black colour manufactured by the Supreme industries Ltd. or equivalent, conforming to MORTH specifications (clause 1015), having minimum density 95 kg/cum, non staining with less than 1% water absorption and compression recovery 93% minimum as per specifications" in the joint through and through (foundation to top) in brick masonary, columns and beams.

Sealing of joint 50mm. Clean the joint both the side and apply Master Brace ADH 2200 adhesive throughly on the clean surface along the joint with spatula and thickness should be 1mm -2mm. Place the Master Seal 1930 10mm on the ADH 2200 on the both sides keeping the centre totally for free movement.

SUB HEAD - III : DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.
