Overhauling, Repair & Maintenance of complete Mill House (04 Nos. Mills) including Mills Transmission System, Preparatory Devices, Cane carrier, and Bagasse Carriers work, Mills Rollers Grooving and turning work on lathe machines in workshop by two qualified turners, Mills Turbines & Power Turbine accessories repair ( But Turbines will be overhauled by it’s original manufacturer M/s Triveni Turbines Engg.), Mills Juice pumps & pipe lines, Cane Un-loaders, all Drives of Mills House, Cane Carrier & Bagasse Carrier Chains, One skilled Plumber for plumbing jobs of plant etc. excluding instrumentation works.

Overhauling, Repair & Maintenance of both Boilers (20 Tons each ) having pressure 21 kg / cm² complete in all respect including all accessories, ID & FD Fans, Wet Scrubber, R.O. Water feeding ( But R.O. will be overhauled by the Engineer of it’s original manufacturer M/s Membrane India.), including instrumentation work of Boiler Station, Turbine Section, PRDS etc. excluding Boiler Water Feed Pumps, Main Steam Header and it’s accessories, PRDS station, external ash cleaning (one time), Internal tubes cleaning with flexible shafts, Boiler Chimney etc.

Overhauling , Repair & Maintenance of Electrical Work of Mill House, Boiler House, Sugar House, Power House, Clarification House, under supervision of a qualified Electrical Foreman / Engineer having qualification and experience as per Haryana Sugarfed., excluding Administrative Block, Bio-Lab, Guest House, Colony, Ahrika Farm, lighting work of Plant & Colony etc.

Overhauling, Repair & maintenance of complete Pan Station, Crystalizers Station, Air Compressors, Injection Pumps, Condensers and it’s pipe lines etc.

Operation and Repair & Maintenance for smooth functioning of complete Mills House including Cane Carrier, preparatory Devices, Cane Un-loading, Mills Turbines( 02 Nos.), Power Turbine (01 No.),Bagasse Carriers work, Cleaning of Cane Carrier Chain and Mills Beds in each shifts, One skilled Plumber for plumbing jobs of plant excluding instrumentation.

Operation and Repair & Maintenance for smooth functioning of complete Boilers House having both Boilers (20 Tons each ) with pressure 21 kg / cm² including complete operation to run Boilers and it’s accessories like ID & FD Fans, Wet Scrubber, Boiler Water Feed Pumps, Main Steam Header, Bagasse Feeding & handling, Ash cleaning from Boiler Furnaces & Chamber, R.O. Water feeding ( But R.O. will be overhauled and run by the Engineer of it’s original manufacturer M/s Membrane India, which will be in mills scope) etc. excluding instrumentation work.

Operation and Repair & Maintenance for smooth functioning of Electrical work of whole Plant, under supervision of a qualified Electrical Foreman / Engineer having qualification and experience as per Haryana Sugarfed., etc. excluding Administrative Block, Bio-Lab, Guest House, Colony, Ahrika Farm, lighting work of Plant & Colony etc.

Operation and Repair & Maintenance for smooth operation of Pan Station including operation of Injection Pumps, providing blinds during Evaporator body changing. Only operation work of some stations in Boiling House i.e. Evaporators Station, Juice Heaters, Juice & Syrup Sulphiters, Sulphur Furnces, Lime Station, Clarifier, operation of PLC based Batch type centrifugal machines and operation of Laboratory analyzing work by qualified & experienced Lab Chemists having qualification / experience as per Sugarfed. in three shifts.
