Scope of Works: (a) Instalation of 11/0.4kV, 100kVA DP mounted S/s, 01 nos. over 10mtrs long 100x116mm RS Joist Pole (without Transformer) (b) 3P3W 11kV line with 55sqmm Insulated Conductor, 0.2km using 10mtr long 100x116mm RS Joist Pole © Construction of 11kV line DP with AB Switch: 01 nos. near New Balanda (d) Construction of 3P4W LT line with 3x50+1x35sqmm ABC- 0.4km using 9mtr PSC Pole (e) Dismantling of 11kV line: 0.15km

PART-A (11/0.4kV 100kVA S/s)

Supplying of 10Mtrs Long 100x116mm RS Joist Pole (23Kg/Mtrs ) as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 11.00 metre and upto 13.00 metre

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of AAAC conductor 55sq.mm Conductor as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.(0.045K.Msx319kgsper K.Ms=12.76Kgs )

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear Polymer type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required . For Pole Cupping { 0.5mx0.5mx1mx2nos=0.50cu.m}

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.61.1 Two or more cotes on new works . For 12 Mtrs height pole : 6.24 sq.M x 2 nos = 12.48 sq.M.

Supplying of Horizontal type GOAB switch, 11KV 200amps, Double breake 11KVx 3post insulators per phase , Heavy duty copper male & female conctact complete with operating down rod as per reuirement .

Supplying of 11KV , 200amps, 11kVx 3post insulators per phase , DO Fuse set complete as required .

Erection of GOAB switch Horaizontal / Vertical type and 11KV DO Fuse Set complete job as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supply of 4 core x150sq.mm, 1.1KV grade Aluminium cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE double armoured power cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying, making , testing installation & commissioning of LT distribution box with MCCB , Aluminium busbar for n2 Bay with Katkat fuse for 100KVA S/S ( As per TPCODL specification ).

Making of Barbed Fencing ( Size 15' x10' ) with construction of retaining wall, erection of RCC fencing post, Sand filling and metal spreding , Fixing of Iron grill gate etc as per TPCODL specification.

PART-B (FOR 11KV LINE 3PH3WIRE-0.2KMS)
