Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC in floors (other than ground floors beams, chajjas, lending slab and similar suspended works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor/sub base of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete as in roof kerbs or mud stops, filling around hold fast etc. to rounded or chamfered on edges of (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment of size (30cmx30cm) x 25mm thick, with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and joined in grey cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut granite stone slab (colour and design approved by GE), fixed on skirting, dado and gate with and including over 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spreaded, levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub basecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in alternate panels, finished even and smooth with using extra cement as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick inserted in position conforming to design in PCC floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking tiles in approved shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006, with and including laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for setting coat of 3mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish by using cement plastar (1:2) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item no. 18 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from srl item No 19 here in before shall be re-used after proper cleaning.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in man hole cover slabs, shelves, and similar work, set in CM (1:4).complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint after one coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old surfaces by complete removel of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls after one coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or similar holes nexc 0.5 cum each in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming with earth or broken rubble around in layers not exc 25 cm watering etc and removing surplus soil to 50 m distance and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1 : 1.5 : 3) type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts and columns etc. for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conf to Fe-410-w or E -250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including emedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and structs in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work and all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) flat or round bars in line wire, tie bars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section , nosing to steps in cluding embeding in concrete and screwing etc.wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) ., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of G I wire and mesh of size 50mmx50mm including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be checked/ascertained by a board of officer to be ordered by the GE before fixing.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any size any description fixed on posts of any kind all as in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured.

Description all as per srl item No 40 here in before but restaining, resecuring the existing barbed wire inluding making good staple etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed th eother, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 11-15 mm dia of neck and exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
