Supply, design, engineering, manufacture, procurement of materials and bought out components, assembly at shop, shop painting, inspection, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, delivery to Site of following mentioned outdoor type NGRs (neutral ground resistors) for NRL Expansion project (Substation No.-16), including supply of special tools and tackles
Tag No.: 1U64-SS16-NGR-209A/B (Neutral Ground Resistor) 3.81 kV, 400 Amp for 30 second, 9.525 Ohm, Neutral Grounding Resistors (NGR). The resistor elements shall be made of unbreakable, corrosion proof, joint-less stainless steel grid conforming to ASTM standard A240-304. The grids shall be in punched form. The resistor shall also be sized to carry 10% of the rated current continuously.
Tag No.: 1U64-SS16-NGR-208A/B (Neutral Ground Resistor) 3.81 kV, 100 Amp for 30 second, 38.1 Ohm, Neutral Grounding Resistors (NGR). The resistor elements shall be made of unbreakable, corrosion proof, joint-less stainless-steel grid conforming to ASTM standard A240-304. The grids shall be in punched form. The resistor shall also be sized to carry 10% of the rated current continuously.
Mandatory Spares -Lumpsum charges for Sr No 1.1 & 1.2
Third Party inspection charges - Lumpsum charges for both 1.1 & 1.2
TRANSPORTATION: Lumpsum Inland transportation for both Item 1.1 & 1.2 by road of all supplies from Vendor’s works / shop to Project site, Numaligarh Refinery, Golaghat, Asaam/ Rail Transportation up to NMGS/Numaligarh Refinery Project Siding.( Excluding GST)
Unit rate for Supervision Sevices of erection and commissioning / Performance testing as per details mentioned in material requisition for quoted items as per enclosed instructions to vendor Per Diem charges upto 8 hrs on normal working days. ( BIDDERS TO QUOTE UNIT RATE FOR DIEM CHARGES )
