OUTER SHELL :The shaell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron section 50x50x6mm frame, factory febricated with front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated 19m dia fancy lock , louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.The bottom of the outer shell shall contain a ditachable plate having provision of entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell shall be adequate to accomodate the inner shell giving minimum 75mm space all round. AIR CONDITION .Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air cooled chilling machine with twin/multi compressor with R-134a refrigerant complete with twin/multi screw compressor, two independent refrigerant circuits, direct expansion chiller with insulation, air cooled condensers, flow switches, thermoststes, vibration isolators, integral refrigerent copper piping , accessories, automatic controls and safety controls, startar for the condenser fans and compressors, incoming isolating switch mounted in a central control panel with startars , all mounted on a steel frame. Motor shall be suitable for 400(+/-) 10%, volts 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply.
