Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station/Exposer type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185/ sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x120/3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Earthing of poles as per RESPO norms (All the Materials Supplied by the department)

Construction Structure with Grouting Suitable for fitting of 4 no. Tailless fuse unit made by MS Channel With Top Covered by MS/GI sheet in Tringle Shape

Laying of 3X70/3x120/3x185/3.5X150/3.5X240 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only cable supplied by Department.

Hanley type tailless fuse unit 500 amp 650 volt consisting of 6 no.brass back entry. 6no U type spring contact made of copper, brasscoupling with poreceline fiteed on the G.I. Sheet of 16 swg with arrangement of one of neutral. (All material shall be supplied by contractor).

Supply and fixing of Porceline 500 Amp O/G Type with caller suitable for 500 Amp. Henely Type Tailless Fuse Unit

Supply and Fixing Copper Busbar Strip 500 Amp 810x50x6
