SCHEDULE 'A' SEC-XIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTE: THIS SCHEDULE IS NOT PRE-PRICED BY MES AND THE PRE-PRICED RATE INDICATED AS "RS 0.00" UNDER COL. 5 SIGNIFIES THIS FACT ONLY.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, Installation, testing & comissioning of intregral LED 2ft 10 Watt 200 V luminaire of CRCA housing and PC diffuser (Diffuser-Non yellowing type). The luminaire should have a LED with colour consistency SDCM< 5,CRI> 80 and CCT of 6500K. Luminaire shall be designed for a system efficacy of at-least 135 lumen/watt. Power consumption should not be more than 10W (+5%). The life of fixture (including Driver): 50000 burning Hrs.@ L70B50 Lumen maintenance @ design ambient temp 45 deg C. The electronic driver shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD < 10% suitable for an operating voltage range of 140-270V AC, current Ripple <5% internal surge protection should be minimum 4KV, electrical insulation class should be Class I & driver should be of class B serviceablility. The luminaire driver shall be IP20 & IK02 complaint. The minimum dimensions (+ 5mm)of the batten shall be 63mm(+ 5mm) x 63mm (+5mm) x 610mm (+5mm). The luminaires driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaire. Luminaire manufacturer must have in house NABL accredited lab conduct LM79, type test as per IS10322 & & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accredition certificate for luminaire manufacturer along with technical bid. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered, successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accrediated lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer type test certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accrediate lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminair. Similar to above specs in Signify (Philips)/ Wipro/Regent. NOTE: Contractor has to provide warranty upto 5 Years.

Supply and fixing LED wall mounted decorative type light fitting 9/10 Watt, Gobleto WL 1LS E27 GLD lamp base G9 nincluding lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED based flood light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminium Alloy with effective thermal management & sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy 135 lumen/Watt and maximum system wattage of 70 Watts. The LEDs used shall be of CCT 5700 degree K/6000 degreeK CR>80 & SDCM<5, UGR<22. The life shall be 50000Hrs @ L70B50 Ingress Protection of IP66 and mechanical Impact Resiostance Rating ok IK>07. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270V, in-built surge protection of >4KV, PF >0.95 and THD<10% at full load. The luminaire shall have10KVSPD bolted inside the luminaire, flicker free (flicker should be less than 5%), suitable tiltable fitting including suspension kit or rigid bracket. The luminaire driver and SPD shall be of the same make/ manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have in-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, type test as per IS 10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. Supply , installation, testing and comission of Smart energy prepaid Meter confirming to IS-16444: 2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) and as ammended time to time, AC whole current, three phase, 4 wires Smart Energy Meter of rating 415 Volt, 10-100 Amps,50 Hz , Class 1, enclosed in polycarbonate box complete as specified in CEA notification. The meter shall communicate with Head End System (HES) on any of the communication technologies mentioned in IS-16444 Part-I. The slection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design consideration of AMI Implementing agency to meet the performance. The smart meters should be based on RF Mesh communication technology or Cellular communication technology and carry min 5 yrs warranty.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply , fixing and testing DI fittings for spigot and socketed or flanged pipes i.e. bends, reducers, tail piece, tapers, collars, caps, plugs with MS plate, nuts, bolts, washers gaskets etc of sizes 40mm to 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fixing bib taps fancy type chromium plated brass two way type (suitable for fixing a health faucet) of 15mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fixing/laying HDPE pipe 63 mm dia of grade PE 80, nominal pressure rating PN 4, SDR 26 including with necessary fittings, fixtures and clamps including with taking up old unserviceable GI Tubing 80 mm dia required for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

COVERED PATH Supply and fixing110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe half round eaves gutters with rounded edges of 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

Supply and fixing PVC funnel of 150mm x 250mm long and connected to rain water pipe at down complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE LINE Supply and fixing for DWCP-HDPE pipe SN8 of dia 100mm complete all as specified and directed.
