Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than160gms/Sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer (iii) The contractor has to submit guarantee for 10 years Four course roof treatment consists of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm. Material and labour for double charge Vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 4, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for double charge Vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) as in skirtings, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 :3 as backing coat, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Size of tiles as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for non skid coloured (other than off white) ceramic tiles in floor joint free, 7 to 8mm thick of area exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured pattern glazed ceramic tiles 6 to7mm thick of size 300mm x 450mm as in skirting, dados etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors, dados & aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (Table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windows cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admisture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including screed bed of 15mm in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k=0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0/Class 1 (BS 476 pt-6 & 7) in module size of 600 x 600 x16mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 31%.
