Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and in any position complete all as directed and remove outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concertina coil 60cm dia in spread position, reinforced punched (chrome razor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire laid and tied with GI binding wire 0.9mm dia at places where ever required to barbed wire/angle iron support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (1) Cost of specialist tools and safety items if any required and binding wire etc shall be included in quoted rate. (2) Spacing between adjacent loops shall not be more than 200 mm in spread position. (3) old material shall be remove outside MOD land.

Labour only for re laying of concertina coil re arranging spacing including removing from existing location and securing with GI binding wire 0.9mm dia at places where ever required to barbed wire/angle iron support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (1) Cost of specialist tools and safety items if any required and binding wire etc shall be included in quoted rate. (2) Spacing between adjacent loops shall not be more than 200 mm in spread position. (3) Finished length of concertina coil will be mode of measurement

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size and type including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Mild Steel 10mm round or square bar Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link Fencing in same position including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel angle for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also welding fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel, Plain black sheet of 1.00 mm thick as in curtain to steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; handmade sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel & Iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:6 exc. 6m mean radius using old size sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto- as per item no 18 but on other than fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing old plaster surface of wall of any description and apply two coats of exterior weatherproof water base emulsion paint in white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing new plaster surface of wall of any description and apply two coats of exterior weatherproof water base emulsion paint in white or tinted paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work of any height including scaffolding

S&F in repair of stainless steel letters of approx size 12-24 inch and depth not exceeding 6 inch of any nos, permanently fixing in any surface, any position in required format with brackets or necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : work can carried out upto 12 mtr height .

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool ,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement : 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 8 to 10 mm nominal size) in panels with aluminium beading groove (size of aluminium beading 10 mm x 10 mm) all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing and colour (as per user direction) the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : work can carried out upto 15 mtr height.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, sub base under tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded aggregate as coping, bed blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 40 Cubic feet/min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation of soil / mud from the rain water harvesting pits / drain and getting out from any depth of any type of soil and removal and spreading of excavated material from the site within the MD land to a distance not exceeding 50 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of open/covered drain any width and any depth and hume pipes culverts etc and the like of any type, size of any description for silt/earth accumulated due to storm water getting out and spreading the cleaned earth outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cover slabs any thickness to be removed and refixed after cleaning with cement mortar (1:4) where covered drain exists.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, manhole covers, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits and sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
