Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement sime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but except bricks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M&L for steel rolling shutters without ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod hasp and staple and one coat of primer thickness of latch 1.25mm erected in position as indicated with including gear operated box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Ball bearing for rolling shutters as specified .

Petty repair to steel rolling shutters system of any size and any description including repairing of ball bearing, top cover, anchoring rod,hasp and staple, gear operated system, crank handle, chain wheel and hand chain including necessary welding, greesing etc and making the structure complete serviceable all as per existing pattern. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
