Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of high efficiency tube axial type axial flow fans complete with MS casing, impeller high efficiency motor with class 'H" insulation for smoke extraction /Fresh Air Supply as shown in the drawings.Motor shall be suitable for operation on 415±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply and capable to withstand 300 deg C temperature for a minimum duration of 2 hours. Axial flow fans shall be provided with inlet and outlet cones fabricated at site using GSS sheet and necessary vibration isolation arrangement including spring type vibration isolators and rubber gromet etc. as required. Note‐ Fan shall be supplied with suitable starters. 14000 CFM @ 25 MMWG SP ( Lift well pressurization)
16000 CFM @ 25 MMWG SP ( Staircase pressurization)
Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.80mm sheet
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.
Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.
Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)
Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Armoured Cable 1.1KV grade conforming to IS-7098 of following size:- 4C x 10 sqmm
