PROVISION OF VRF UNITS AT COLLEGE OF NURSING AT INHS ASVINI UNDER AGE(I) ASVINI, COLABA, MUMBAI

Outdoor Unit: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular type 100% All Inverter Variable Refrigerant Flow Outdoor units 26 HP capacity comprising of Hermetically sealed INVERTER Variable Speed Scroll compressors. The unit shall comprise of high efficiency, low noise condenser fan with guard and motor, heat exchanger and coated fins for increased durability. The casing shall be powder coated and the unit shall be provided with liquid line strainer, catch all drier, thermostats etc. suitable for interconnecting with any type of indoor units with cordless remote controller. The ODU & IDU shall be integrated with special super wiring system with the central monitoring control. The unit shall be factory wired and tested before despatch. The operating refrigerant shall be R410A only.The unit shall be BMS compatible with MODBUS protocol. Outdoor should give 100% Capacity at 43 Deg C Ambient Temperature. The COP of the Outdoor units should be more than 3.6 at design conditions complete all as specified and as directed

Indoor Units: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF based 4 Way Cassette unit with minimum tonnage capacity mentioned below. The unit should be complete with Fan section with Fan/Cooling Coil suitable for R410A With electronic expansion valve, return air filter, insulated drain tray and necessary controls complete all as specified and as directed (with Cordless Remote) (a) 3.2TR / 855 CFM

Remote Control Supply of Cordless Remote Controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/ control cabling, accesssories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Central Remote controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/control cabling, accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of special refrigerant 'Y' joints/Refnets for VRV /VRF system as per standard specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of All refrigerant piping between indoor & outdoor units using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Supports consisting of GI box / "C" sections & female anchor fasteners with full threaded GI rods at a regular interval of 1 metre each, insulation of suction / liquid pipes using 19 mm thick elastomeric closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation material and covered with Al. foil (Exposed copper Piping Should be Al. Foil & not exposed copper piping without Al.foil) & having class "O" for fire properties, structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports. Making up of any leakages occuring during testing / commissioning. GI BOX type cable tray 150 mm wide for supporting refrigerant piping in shafts / terrace, complete with supports. (Min 1.2mm Thickness) C- type Cover for cable tray, made out of 16 G GI sheet, to protect refrigerant pipe insulation on terrace. All piping shall be pressure tested for 1.5 times the working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topup of Refrigerant R410 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with Copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16sqmm x 4 core laid in ducts, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of clamps, thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix and testing and commissioning of communication cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core, non polarity cable with end termination between indoor to outdoor units, communication cabling between the individual controllers to the main central controller with suitable size PVC Conduits incl accessories etc, and taking out old u/s damaged cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing of drain pipe for indoor units of VRF with UPVC pipe of size of 25mm dia alonwith connected fittings and accessories etc, including 6mm armaflex class "0" insulation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
