M&L for repair of Alfa Therma /Thermax / rapid cool Make 1,00,000.00 K Cal/hr capacity water boiler which includes following :- Disconnecting electrically drain out of water opening of burner chamber, blower assembly all accessories & mounting on boiler & taking out helical coil Make : Rapid cool water generator 100000 K Cal/Hrs, cleaning of all parts with chemical agents and reassembling of the same after necessary servicing/repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts as specified in each items mentioned / directed at site including minor repair such as welding, brazing, fabrication etc and all minor items such as nuts, bolt and washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts required for repair/ replacement shall be measured and paid for separately under item No 1.01 to 1.11 given below . The cost on account of fixing of spare parts is deemed to be included in these items only.

Supply only Inspection glass (gauge) suitable of Hot water boiler all as directed as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only photocell suitable for Alfa Therm/ Rapid cool / Thermax boilder complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Input ignition transformer 220 Volts having out/input 11 KV to 14 KV suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete as per sample complete all as directed & specified.

Supply only Ignition electrode suitable for Alfa Therm/ Rapid cool / Thermax boilder complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Solenoed valve suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Fuel filter body suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Fuel filter suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rewinding of electric motor 5 HP 3 phase 415 with suitable size super enameled copper wire and insulation as per existing gauge and rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor 2/3 HP 3 phase 415 with suitable size super enameled copper wire and insulation as per existing gauge and rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of pressure jet burner assembly suitable for light oil firing with stepless modulation mechanism all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity Make : Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax model hot water generator including all other connected items all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for repair of electrical panel of boilers including replacement of indicator lamp,switch,contactor,MCB,relay of appropirate rating etc to make electric panel fully functional completein all respects all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in repair for Insulation of M S Pipe of dia 50 mm with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and Aluminium cladding with 26 gauge Aluminium sheet after tightening the slabs with GI wire completeall as specified and as directed

M & L in repair for Insulation of M S Pipe of dia 40 mm with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and Aluminium cladding with 26 gauge Aluminium sheet after tightening the slabs with GI wire completeall as specified and as directed

Taking down old insulation of MS water tank and M&L for insulation of Cylindrical shaped horiznatal placed with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum including wire mesh with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 25 mm and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials . (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including GI wire by tightening it laterally with the insulation. (e) M&L for cladding the insulation with 26 gauge aluminium sheet including rivetting work complete. as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre cast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for motor/pipe foundation, filling and mass concrete including disconnecting the exsiting pipe/electric connection and reconnecting pipe/connection again complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 13,557.00 (Rupees Thirteen thousand five hundred fifty seven only) to be deducted on acceptances of bid.Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
