M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1 :4) in two coats i.e., one coat 10mm thick and another coat 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over brick work or concrete wall surface all as specified & directed.

Roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. all as specified & directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium ventilator (partially fixed glazing and partially louvered with following details :- (i) Aluminium frame section 45 x 25 x 1.80 mm (ii) Fixing arrangement lugs in walls with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 including making good the disturbed surface to match with adjoining surfaces. M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm tick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair False ceiling of size 600 x 600mm, 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed over & including Aluminium frame work / snap grid size 600 x 600mm duly suspended with 6mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm grades stone aggregate as in 25mm thickness padding over roof / chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid seprately).

M&L for Preparation of new plastered roof surface for Water proofing treatment as per following specification complete all as specified & directed :- (i) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm (ii) Providing 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.80 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 150 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap etc complete (iii) Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm top of membrane surface (iv) Finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.`
