Supplying and fixing of 400 Amp four pole automatic transfer switch in sheet steel enclosure Confirms to IS/IES 60947-3 with Door Interlock and Padlock facility suitable for operation on 415volt, 50Hz three phase AC supply on surface of wall complete with connection & testing etc complete as required. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe ete. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated grade as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 amps.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders with cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of following capacity End Feed Unit made of 1.6mm thick sheet steel enclosure duly painted with powder coating to existing rising mains complete with TPN disconnector FSU and HRC fuses, mounting stands, cable end box, brass compression gland, connections, earthing etc. as required.

200 A TPN Multiplying constant for 18% GST is 24463x1.0633=26011.51

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
