Collection supply and filling of well gravel in layer not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of sand at site and labour chrages and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Special Ceiling Plastering with C.M.1:3 (One part of cement and three part of sand) mix using 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ete., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with C.M.1:5 (One part of cement and five part of sand) mix using 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ete., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 610x610x10mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc.,

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of cement paint with approved colour and quality including preparation of plastered surface ceiling and other new surfaces finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the new iron works in all floors two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand to be approved by the executive engineer before use on works over one coat of promer including scrapping and preparation of surface cost of brushes high scoffolding charges neat finishing complying with standard speficications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm diametre brass chromium plated piller tape,32 mm diametre C.P. Waste union, 32 mm diametre P.V.C. waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm diametre G.M.wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connections etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of C.I. brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and paintiung the brackets with two coats of paint over a primimg coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leackage etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
