Design, fabrication & Supply of 29 Mtr height High mast system complete with all accessories, as per the specificaitons. Mast shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, suitable suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), multicore trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for upto 14 luminaries (300 W LED) as per detailed design and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral electrically operated power tool installed inside the base compartment with raising and lowering mechanism for lantern carraige etc.complete as required as per specifications enclosed.

Design and construction of suitable shallow RCC foundation with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement,1.5 coarse sand,3 graded stone aggregate) concrete for the high masts mentioned in item No.1 &2, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq mtr. 2 meters depth, with foundation bolts of suitable size as per approved design and manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plates and templates etc.complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Nominal 300 W LED luminaries having > 110 Lumen/Watt light output with IP-66 pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing and heat resistant toughened glass cover suitable for High Mast with LED lamp, drivers,connectors, as per design criteria mentioned in technical specifications etc.complete as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/HDPE METAL pipe as required.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, 20 mm of 2.7 mtr lentgth etc. with charcoal or coke and salt complete and required.

Providing & fixing 25 mmX 5mm GI Strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface/lattice tower for connections etc as required.

Supplying and Fixing of structural steel work for protection of High Masts/Electrical panels in built up sections including cutting, welding, grouting, fixing in position with all accessories e.g. Nut, bolt, fastners etc. and applying a primary coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved colour complete as required.
