Item No 01:- Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

Item No 3 :- M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick as on vertical surface eat and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and direct.

Item No 08 : M&L for 18 mm thick granite (of any type) slab rubbed and pollished in cooking platform and like laying over cement screed bedding 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 9 - M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18-20 mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : - Rounding to edges of granite stone slabs on edge such as in steps, coocking plateform and other similar situations.

Item No 11 :- M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished fair and even for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 :- M&L screed bed orbedding layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces of dado, skirting, for fixing wall tiles complete.

Item No 13 : Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 72 :- M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with WPC as in sunken portion and making adequate slope toward spout pipe complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured andpaid separately.

Item No. 73 :- M&L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete or brick surface in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions and finishes surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separtely.

Item No 74:- M&L for Applying two coats evenly a tack coat hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.50 Kg per Sqm per coat (onecoat over plaster and one coat on polythene film) including cleaning of surface over polythene film complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 75 :- M&L for polythene film black 50 micron thick laid in floor, vertical surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 76 :- M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 77:- M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on chajjas, facia, roof projection, column sides, beam bottom and sides including throating after removing cracked plaster and concrete including cleaning of visible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked aggregate including necessary scafolding work for double / single storey bldgs all as directed.

Item No. 78 :- Roof treatment for non approachable roof including complete removal of existing roof treatment:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished the surface fair and even (ii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumenous coating surface, weight not less than 3.20-3.50 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions. (iv) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm in two coats over polymeric membrene.

Item No. 79 :- Roof treatment for approachable roof including complete removal of existing roof treatment:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished the surface fair and even (ii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumenous coating surface, weight not less than 3.20-3.5 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions. (iv) A coat of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over polymeric membrane and blinded with clean dry sand at the rete of 0.5 Kg per Sqm.

Item No. 80 :- M&L 22 mm thick machine cut & polished cement concrete tiles factory made conforming to IS 1237 (ISI marked) with grey cemet without pigment of size 250 mm 250mm laid in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick bed sxreed in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound 200 milli-litre mixed with 50 Kg of cement as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & as directed.

Item No. 81 :- S&F Powder coated aluminium windown three shutters sliding type, without sash bars, aluminium sections weeighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing cips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as wheel peg stays and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 82 :- S&F Powder coated aluminium ventilation two shutters sliding type, without sash bars, aluminium sections weeighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing cips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as wheel peg stays and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 83 :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Item No. 84 :- S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 85 :- S&F aluminium powder coated door/window frames with on or more repates including joining cleats for fixing as in open side hung frame, sliding track frame, louvered track frame, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Item No. 86 :- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 87 :- Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN / Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs /MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 88 :- Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface /concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at size and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 89 :- M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of size 20/25 mm of white/ivory colour including all accessories, heavy duty ISI marked, after chasing in wall/ceiling etc with sunk in anodized pressed steel box 1.6mm thick, 60 mm deep for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3mm thick sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One light point controlled by one, two way switch 5 amps

(d) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch one the same board.

(e) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

(f) One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps

Item No. 90 :- Description all as per item No 89 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unshealthed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLS PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Item No. 91 :- S&F switch Piano type single pole 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 92 :- S&F switch Piano type 2 way switch 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 93 :- S&F switch Piano type single pole 15 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 94 :- S&F switch bell push piano type 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 95 :- S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 98 :- S&F for lamp holder, PVC/ Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten / slanting fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 99 :- S & F for Bell Electric Ding dong type suitable for operation on 230 volt 50 HZ AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 100 :- S & F for stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type socket type complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 101 :- S & F for Energy saving new generation 10 Watts LED bulk head fitting IP-65 luminaire with opel diffuser pre wired with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 form ceiling rose to fitting including bulb complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 102 :- S & F for Highly effcient LED Bulbs, 10 W, used as a ready replacement for existing GLS/CFL direct fit lamp, in B-22 cap complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 103 :- S & F for wall mounted LED tube light fitting 20 Watts batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen output box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic dirver connector block etc with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 104 :- Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep, keeping with safe custody and refixing the same with replacement of UNSV 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheased 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal over hauling the fan, spray painting the fan body and wings with syntetic enamel paint of white colour and filling the cavities complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 105 :- S & F for Energy efficient exhaust fan of 230 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 Cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 three core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick for fan base complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Item No. 106 :- M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc and one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC rigid conduit will be measured.

Item No. 107 :- S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 4 way vertical type with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 bolts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting theDBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone manonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 108 :- S&F for sheet metal enclosure mCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stonemasonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 109 :- S & F for MCB triple pole and neutral rated capacity 63 Amps 415 volt breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 110 :- S & F for MCB single pole and and neutral rated capacity 40 Amps 240 volt 240 volt breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 111 :- S & F for MCB single pole rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps 240 volt breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.
