Taking down cement plaster on kerb stone, brick or stone walls, etc including rakingin out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two coats (15mm +5mm) on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished to obtain sand-faced plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only".

M&L for rendring 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on walls, finishing surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only".

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth using without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of external waterproof emulsion paint Apex Ultima or equivalent over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of wall including necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on bricks, kerb stone, stone, concrete surfaces, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item 14.00 above but one coat of oil emulsion distemper.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & Iron of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, walls, soffits/facia of chajja/roof slab etc and applying one coat of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces exc.10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old works with two or more coats and applying one coat of touchwood complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one cost of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint or shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman, ltalic or Indian ) n.exc 30 cm height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of wall surface including removing all fungus and patches and drying surfaces and filling cracks if any with crack filler and appling two coats antifungal damp proof primer make Asian or equivalent and making surface ready to receive final surface finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages for slab, terrace, exterior, interior wall, Chajjas etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles, dirt &dust clean by water, wire brush & mechanical cleaning, grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents, If the surface is previously coated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application. All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled in with polymer mortar. (b) Base coat : Apply coat of polymer 960 dilute with water by brush on bare slab to be treated this will penetrate the pores of concrete seal them & also improve adhesion of sealing coats. (c) Finish paint : Apply two coat of water repellant acrylic FLEXCOAT by brush, available in any shade. It has mor UV resistance & excellent scratch resistance. The finish paint is usually water borne non-yellowing grade PU coating in pastel colour shades. This coat is applied by brush and roller in 2 coats. The surface finishes shall be glossy and slightly textured due to roller.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of manglore tiles/ AC sheet roofs by removing dust, dirt, moss etc and applying one coat of weather resistant acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The colour scheme of painting will be as decided by EIC.

Removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including plaster,tarfelt , gravels etc and removing the debirs out side MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surface of roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt,oil and greece etc. and cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt/loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer & Applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single componant, cold applied, non toxic VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per Manufacturer's specification and as directed by GE / Engr-in-Charge. Properties of Polyurathane based chemical shall confirm to following technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic (ii)UV Resistance (iii) Adhesion to concrete (iv) Tensile strength - not less than 2.0 N/Sq.mm for free film (v) Elongation -not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight -not less than60% (vii) Air/ water permeability BSEN 12390at 5bar-72 housrs should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm (viii) Accelerated westhering (ASTM453) : Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire : non inflammable. Note: 1. To be applied by the Rep of manufacturer's authorized applicator only. Contractor has to provide manufacturers test certificate for the above mentioned technical parameters and purchase Vrs . 2. Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately. 3. Roof slope to be ensured to be avoid water ponding. 4. For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace, 300mm height of verical surface /parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab. 5. For accessible roof ,PCC tiles or 10mm thick cement mortar layer on slab shall be provided as directed and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. 6. Make : Bostic, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in- Chief branch for PU based water proofing treatment.
