Steel Reinforcement

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT conforming to IS: 1786 Fe 500D reinforcement including splicing complete as per drawing and technical specifications TMT- IS 1786 (Fe 500D)

Non-shrin Grouting

Non- Shrink Grouting: Providing & injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer at location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing, etc. complete as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Repair of existing damaged concrete

Installation of injection system for epoxy grout/ non- shrink grout: Installation of non-returnable Packers fixed at required interval including drilling of holes upto a depth of approx. 1/3rd depth of the concrete thickness using a heavy duty drill machine, cleaning of holes, fixing of packers with structural mortar or epoxy mortar, etc. complete in all respect including all materials, labours, tools & plants, etc. as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting both sides of construction joints in V Groove of size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge along the construction lift joints for application of high grade dual shrinkage compensated epoxy mortar complete in all respect including labours, tools & plants, etc. as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Placing of high grade dual shrinkage compensated epoxy repair mortar for repair of designated locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with high flow, single component, dual shrinkage compensated, cementious micor concrete that acheives a comprehensive strength of minimum 50 MPa in 3 days and 70MPa in 28 days, complete in all respect with all materials, labours, tools & plants, etc. as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Application of Epoxy Grout: Application of low viscous, high swelling, thermosetting epoxy grout with hardner solution through already fixed non-returnable packers along the cracks/ construction joints using medium to high pressure special injection pumps. The mixing should be done as per the manufacturer's specification and using specialized applicator. The amount of hardner per litre depends on the required pot life at present ambient temperature, the epoxy hardner shall be mixed until the colour gets uniform and application shall be carried out within the pot life. Reinforced Cement Concrete in HRT: Plain Cement Concrete complete as per drawings & Technical Specification including steel shuttering formworks With Plasticiser / bonding additives PCC Grade M20

15mm thick Cement plaster finished with afloating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)

Treatment of HR Tunnel Invert

Chipping and breaking/ cutting of lose concrete, mortars, etc. using Electrical Chipping Hammers to the satisfaction of the Engineer- in-Charge for successful execution of the subsequent rehabillation works at all heights with all leads, lifts, etc. comnplete with all tools and machineries required for the job, operator, applicator, labour, scaffolding for staging and supervision, etc

Before laying of the Micro Concrete, the substrate shall be coated with a bonding agent, Nitobond EP Std./ Sikadur- 32 LP or equivalent product and the micro concrete shall be poured within 6 hrs/ 4hrs or as applicable of the application of the Bonding Agent

Supply, transportation and application of Hydraulic abrasion resistance mortar conforming to EN 1503-3 R4 in repair / rebuilding of damaged PCC/RCC to it's original size by hand or spray application complete in all respect with all materials, labours, tools & plants, etc. as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
