Placing of high grade dual shrinkage compensated epoxy repair mortar for repair of designated locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with high flow, single component, dual shrinkage compensated, cementious micor concrete that acheives a comprehensive strength of minimum 50 MPa in 3 days and 70MPa in 28 days, complete in all respect with all materials, labours, tools & plants, etc. as per the technical specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Application of Epoxy Grout: Application of low viscous, high swelling, thermosetting epoxy grout with hardner solution through already fixed non-returnable packers along the cracks/ construction joints using medium to high pressure special injection pumps. The mixing should be done as per the manufacturer's specification and using specialized applicator. The amount of hardner per litre depends on the required pot life at present ambient temperature, the epoxy hardner shall be mixed until the colour gets uniform and application shall be carried out within the pot life. Before laying of the Micro Concrete, the substrate shall be coated with a bonding agent, Nitobond EP Std./ Sikadur- 32 LP or equivalent product and the micro concrete shall be poured within 6 hrs/ 4hrs or as applicable of the application of the Bonding Agent
