INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in and including concealed PVC conduit of size 25mm, 2x4.0 Sqmm plus 1x4 Sqmm as earth wirecomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 4 Sqmm main cable plus 1 run of 4 sqmm earth wire along with conduit shall be measured as on unit.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps ,240 Volts ,( B series) complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F LED bulkhead lummaire 10 watt, 230 Volts wall/ surface mounted complete with LED lamp 10 watt, with all accessories, pre-wired, including providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, 5 star rating complete with fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing exhaust fan plastic body ,with louvers of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED square shaped surface mounted down light fitting 18 Watt 230 volt volts surface mounted complete with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light and powder coated white finish housing Including LED lamp 18 watt, with all accessories, pre wired including providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

S&F energy saving surfacemounted sleek 9 wtt LED tube light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC ROAD AND PATH

M & L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm using 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including necessary form work to lays PQC in bays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Construction joints, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iii) Price adjustment shall be applicable if less quantity of cement content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item @ Rs 6.00/Kg of cement.

COMPOUND WALL

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tiedwith G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

M&L boring for bored cast in situ piles 400mm dia 9.8 M deep in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of 50 M using DMC method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Initial vertical load testing of piles in accordanc with IS 2911 (Part-IV) including installation of loading plateform and dead loads etc. Test for single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity (test load 2.5 times the safe capacity) Complete all a specified and as directed.

Description complete all as per item no 26 above but for routine pile test for single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity (test load 1.5 times the safe capacity) Note for item no 26 and 27: 1. Initial and routine load test shall not be carried out by dynamic method of testing. 2. Contractor shall submit the design of loading plateform for the approval of engineer in charge

M&L for steel corrosion resistant TMT bars, 10 mm dia & over, cut to length , bent to required shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specified and as directed .

All as per Srl item No 26 above but 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, STAINLESS STEEL (Grade 304) gate made of hollow tubes ,channels,plates etc including welding , grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required ) and fitted the same with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fastners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size , on the top of the floor or wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( For payment pupose only weight of steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts fastners etc)

Sewage Disposal

M&L for construction of septic tank for 10 users in brick work all as shown on drg as specified.

M&L for construction of sokage well of size 1.2Mx 1.50 M in brick work all as shown on drg as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt out service connection cable of any size for street/security lights from pole/trenches for necessary replacement all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable rusted GI cable protection pipe of any size from road/culvert/wall/pole all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable junction box of any type/make from pole with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable street/security lights of any type and wattage from pole for necessary replacement all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI bracket of any size including connecting cable and conduit from pole of any length complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old serviceable junction box on pole retrieved under item No 32 here-in-before by means of all accessories such as suitable clamps, nuts and bolts etc and connecting incoming and outgoing cable including connecting street light from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cable junction box of size 255 x355x122 mm made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric Knock outs for cable entry from all side of box and cable entry glands for including out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66 and suitable for LT under ground cable of 16-50 sqmm, fixed to pole with two clamps made out of MS flat Iron 40x6 mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cable PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 sqmm 3 runs including PVC conduit heavy duty 20mm dia fixed with poles with MS clamps size 25x4.0 mm flat iron 3 Nos and bolts, nuts and washers at equal interval complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3run of cable along with PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

Refixing of old serviceable GI bracket on pole with all accessories such as clamps nuts and bolts retrieved under ser Item No 5 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm dia Light grade GI pipe 1.5 mtr long bent to shape for fixing of street/security light fitting including 2 Nos clamps 40 x 6mm , nut and bolts for fixing on pole

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watts, protection class IP-66 high power with pressure die cast alluminium housing complte with SPD 5 KV inbuilt and 20 KV additional for protection high voltage fluctuation including fixing with fixing arrangements such as grouting suitable size of bolts for fixing of fittings and tightened with nuts and washers in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC plateform using 20mm graded stone aggregate type B1 (1:2:4) of size 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 mtr for mounting of flood lights of 200 Watts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 60 Watt with all accessories, IP 66 attractively styled high pressure die cast housing having heat toughned glass cover housing epoxy powder coated in dark graphite grey colour complete with all accessories

M & L Anticlimbing device, comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles to length of 0.5 to 1 mtr clamped and properly secured or as ordered.

M & L for writing of pole No on PCC pole over black painted surface (0.02 Sqmtr) using capital letter 10.0 cm high (5 Nos in an average for each pole) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painted with primer and 2 coats of aluminium paint over exposed surface upto 1.5mtr above GL and alternative black and yellow straps 30cm width upto 1.5mtr height above GL including numbering of poles and one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminous paint for embedded portion as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SI Part 1 and testing on completion complete.

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe light grade 20mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit with PCC type C1 , 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC type B1, (1:2:4)(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10mm dia round bar and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 and all as directed .

Supply,installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double, Front and rear openable type IP 54 protection made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door suitable for 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6, complete with the following items housed in

BUSBAR :- 200 Amps rated alluminium bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round ) nsulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance. INCOMING:- (i) 4 POLE MCCB of capacity 100 Amps, breaking capacity 25 KA with microprocessor release 415 Volts 50 C/S 3 phase -01 No.(ii) Digital multifunctional meter - 01 No.(iii) Modular indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240 volt) and cluster LED (RED, ORANGE BLUE) -01 set(ivi) CT (200/5A) -03 Nos OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 4 pole of capacity 32 Amp breaking capacity 16KA with thermal release, 415 volts 50 C/S - 04 Nos (b) Automatic street light control circuit alongwith astronomical timer of capacity 6 KW including contactor rating 32 Amps TP and MCB 40 Amps TPN -02 Nos(c)Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15 cm size. S&F light grade galvanized iron pipe 80 mm bore confirming to IS : 1239 and ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified.

S&F light grade galvanized iron pipe 50mm bore confirming to IS : 1239 and ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified.

S&F MCCB 40 Amps 440 Volts, 4 pole of breaking capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic including all fixing arrangement for fixing in existing LT panel complete all as specified.

S&F MCCB 40 Amps 440 Volts, 4 pole of breaking capacity 25KA with adjustable thermal magnetic with suitable size made up of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm Thick including connecting incomming and outgoing with suitable lugs/thimbles complete all as specified.

S&F Street light automatic switching panel 3 phase, alongwith astronomical Timer switch 6 KW, including contactor 32 amps TP and MCB 40 amps TPN complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of masonry valve pit of internal dimensiion 600 x 600 x 900 MM with burnt brick (Sub class 'B') in cement mortor (1:6) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed including MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50X50X6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfacess completed including earth work all as specified and directed. (including excavation, removing of surplush soil, retuning and filling complete all as specified and as directed.

SITE DEVELOPMENT

Forming embankment/earth spreading for traverse wall including raising or lowering earth,spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick,watering, & well ramming to obtain maximum dry density at optimum moisture content and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5 mtr high from the base including rough excavation of earth outside MOD premises from any lead EXC 1.5kM BUT NOT EXC 5 kM , from the sources as approved including loading/unloading and transportation upto the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Credit amount of Rs 203815.00 on account of retrived material shall be deducted from quoted amount while accepatance of Contract.
