Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pits and Construction of new brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 90x90x90 cm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Dial type Rate Of Flow Indicator fixed in pump house sand gravity filter bed complete with SS Wire Rope as required, P.V.C Float counter weight as per site requirement, Float Guide Pipe etc with pipe line, valve and fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass B brick straight and curved on plan to exc 6 m mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 6,77,068.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
