Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

M&L for providing bitminous semi dense asphaitic concrete 30mm consolidated thckness with 5.5% bnder content by weight of total mix, rolled and completed to required gradientwith 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete as specified and directed. (Spreading by mechanical paver) complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to mintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates. Note:- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

S&Fin repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make OSCAR OS-785 / Equvalent of Dark Eye complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono stafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Make : Oscar Model No OS-810 or equivalent of Dark Eye

S & F in repair Convex mirror of 130 degree of viewing angle made of one piece polycarbonate lens size of 0.80mtr dia protect with any type of light ray, not produce toxic fumes if burnt complete eith counting hardware all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOte Rate included with excavation and fixed in concrete 1:2:4 of size 300x300x600mm.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS-3262, laid through road marking machine in 2.5mm thick layers of CRYSTALEX using 5kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm for reflectivity for lines,dashes, arrows, zebra marking etc all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints/Shalimar paints/Berger as approved by GE. Note : Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from green work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light.

M&L for hardcore of broken or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm deposited and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of sand including spreading, ramming and leveling in layers n.exc. 25mm thick in each layer complete all as directed.

M&L Precast (Factory casted) cement concrete Kerb stone casted in PC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with plan or interlocking joints (as directed) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and diected.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 Cm thick and getting out in Hard/dense soil for road side berms.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 9-80 Kg/ 10 Sqm putting premix betuminus macadam filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal). (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 sqm using VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface Exc 50 mm deep and not exc. 100mm deep in area exc 400 sqm and applying evenly a priming coat of betuminous primer 10 kg / 10 Sqm a complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern in path / floors complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing as in repair retro reflective sign boards of any shape, size and area shall be exc 0.5 sqm but not exc 1.5 sqm with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
